About Francis Runner Manufactured by Getai Hydropower
We are able to manufacture both cast and forged steel CNC machining Francis runner in the diamter of 0.5-4mm and in the output of 0.3-300MW. We can also manufacture the mono-block forged Francis runners.
We are also able to perform the Francis runner repair and renovation project through repair welding. The repaired products can also reach high value of performance, and can save the costs for the clients.
In addition to the Francis runners, we are also able to manufacture cast CNC-machining guide vanes and blades for Francis turbine.
Our products are highly efficient, cavitation and wear resistant and coated with HVOF, and therefore have high performance, which can help the power station to bring more economic profits.

Double-structure Distributor
The turbine products manufactured by Getai Hydropower for Serbian Project. have been inspected by the project supervisor of Nari Group as qualified.
The Serbian Power Station is equipped with 3 sets of turbine units, including 2 sets of big units and 1 set of small unit. All the three units are designed and machined by Getai Hydropower.
This FAT inspection mainly include the following scope: dimension inspection of distributor and clearance between guide vanes at full-open and full-close position; shaft assembly; dimension inspection, roughness tests, PT, UT of shaft; Kaplan runner and runner chamber assembly; conical pipe and runner chamber assembly; distributor and runner chamber assembly; distributor and supporting cover assembly; Kaplan runner static balancing tests; straight inlet pipe and inlet elbow pipe assembly; inlet elbow pipe and supporting cover assembly; conical pipe and draft elbow pipe assembly, etc.
The Supervisor worked in a rigorous and dedicated manner as if the owner’s representatives were present. He went to the workshop to make measurements and inspections on each item of the products, compared the measured data with the standard values in the technical documents and drawings, and required to record all steps of the inspection in the form of HD video the owner's review.
Because of the rich experience, advanced processing technique and excellent product quality, Getai Hydropower won the approvals from Nari’s supervisor and the product was successfully accepted.
The acceptance puts a perfect ending to the whole Serbian Project. The Serbian Project Owne are very satisfied with the product quality.

Are you trading company or manufacturer ? Is OEM service available?
A: We are a factory with more than 20 years of successful hydro turbine manufacturing experience, OEM service is available.
How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 120-270 working days upon contract signing and receipt of prepayment.
What parameters are needed for the turbine generator quotation?
A: Normally we need rated water head, rated flow, rated installed capacity,voltage, frequency and rotation speed. The more information the better.
Do you offer water turbine installation service?
A: Yes. Installation service is available upon request.
What kinds of test and inspection is carried out to ensure product quality?
A: Mechanical property, chemical composition, hardness, surface roughness, Dimension check, profile check, NDT Testing ( UT/MT/RT/PT), balancing, pressure test ect, is strictly carried out according to relevant international standards.
What is the standard packing and transportation means?
Product will be packed in solid and safe sea-worthy cases, the properly packaged and marked product could be delivered to any port or site as specified in the Contract by ship, plane or truck.
What is the standard payment terms ?
Usually we accept T/T and L/C.
What kinds of guarantee provided?
